Sitting on an acre of land that abuts the Neshobe River, the rental is in the ideal location near the center of town. Steps away are Brandon shops, restaurants, a brewery, a bakery, art galleries, a grocery store, and much more. The Owner and Developer of No 28. Park, Lance LaFave, grew up in New Haven, Vermont, just 20 miles north of Brandon. Lance attended Beeman Elementary school in New Haven; Mt. Abraham Union High School in Bristol; followed by the University of Vermont in Burlington. Lance now lives in Wellesley, Massachusetts a suburb just west of Boston with his family of four children and lovely wife, Catherine LaFave. Lance’s family enjoys varied activities including many different sports, the outdoors, music, cooking, and anything involving family time, especially in New England.
